株主（マイノリティ*）がMekong Capital からクールジャパン（日本経済産業省の投資ファンド）に代わりました。
様々なメディアで取り上げていただいているのですが、一部誤報もあるので、
特に、社員の皆さんが事実と違うことに困惑してしまったり、お客様に不要な心配をおかけしてしまうことを懸念しまして、
こちらで私から正式に正しい事実をお伝えさせていただきたいと思います。
今回の投資はクールジャパンが他社数社と共同で、Mekong Capitalの保有株を買い取るという株式譲渡案件になります。
会社は増資をしておりませんので、現金が直接弊社の運営に入ってきているわけではございません。
一部報道では、メコンキャピタルが2019年に、30％を投資、との情報や、評価額や売却方法等に関する情報がありましたが、
情報として事実と異なっていたため、報道元に是正依頼をしてご対応をいただいております。

これらを達成するために、クールファンドジャパンさんであれば長期的な視点を持ち共に歩んでいただけるパートナーとして、
最適ではないかと判断させていただき、この度はMekong Capitalからの譲渡先として快諾させていただきました。
あえてオープンかつ率直に書かせて頂きますと、
さまざまな記事や評価を拝見するなかで、クールジャパンに対してのネガティブな意見はよく存じています。
今回のディールを機会によく我々としても調べて勉強させていただき、
国が運営しているファンドの問題点として指摘されているようなことへの理解はできましたし、
戦術に関しては確かに改善の余地はあるのかもしれないな、とは思いました。
ですが、戦略として、少なくとも向かう方向はすごく納得感がありますし、
何よりも、遠巻きに批判しているだけでは何も始まらないのでは、とも考えていまして、
僕らとしましてもなんらかの形で関わることができ、
少しでも日本を、世界を、世の中を微力でも少しでも良い方向性に変えられることに貢献できたら、と考えております。

*よく勘違いされたり聞かれたりする事があるので良い機会だな、と思い記載しましたが、
投資家が株主には入ってはいますが、あくまでマイノリティで
僕がマジョリティで過半数以上の株を保有する筆頭株主として会社経営のハンドリングをさせていただいております。

The shareholder (minority*) of 4P's has been replaced by COOL JAPAN (an investment fund of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) from Mekong Capital.
We have been featured in various media sources, but there has been some misinformation.
I am particularly concerned that our partners (employees) and guests may be confused or concerned by the fact that some of the information is not true.
I would like to officially inform you of the correct facts here.
This investment is a stock transfer in which COOL JAPAN, together with several other companies, purchased Mekong Capital's shareholding.
The company has not increased its capital, so the cash is not coming directly into our company.
Some media reported that Mekong Capital invested 30% in the company in 2019, and there was information regarding the valuation and the method of sale, etc....
However, the information above was not true including % of shares, and we have asked the media source to correct the information.
