On June 27th, Biodanza Kobe class will be held in English and Japanese. Come on and join us! What is Biodanza? With music, dance and movement in group classes Biodanza supports out your innate potential to be healthy and well – to enjoy life, feel pleasure and to grow. For some, Biodanza is simply fun, guided expressive movement with some social connection. For others Biodanza is a journey into a process of profound growth. Whatever the case is for you, it only takes a single session of Biodanza to feel energised, restored and in a positive space. And with regular Biodanza you can expect to get closer to what you really want for your life. “Biodanza is about learning to dance with life and rediscovering the pleasure of living.” Rolando Toro Araneda, creator of Biodanza. Biodanza was created by Rolando Toro Araneda (1924-2010) a Chilean anthropologist, clinical psychologist and artist, who was nominated in 2001 for the Nobel Peace Prize for his contribution to humanity. “Biodanza finds its inspiration in the most primitive origins of the dance.” Rolando Toro Araneda Chizuko Hanaoka who started Biodanza in 2007 and became a facilitator in 2016 after 4 years training at Biodanza School in Tokyo. She is also an English- Japanese interpreter can facilitate classes in English and Japanese. During Biodanza class, we don't speak, we just use body language to communicate. Biodanza Kobe class is the only class in Kobe area. You can make Japanese friends through dancing. Beginners who never had dancing experience before are always welcome. There is no choreography or steps in Biodanza. This is an invitation to anyone who would like to search the way to be who you are. Fee: 1000 yen for the first experience, 2000 yen after the first experience.
