転写印刷とは
従来の対象物に印刷するのでは無く予めフィルムなどに印刷しその印刷層を対象物に転写する印刷技術です。転写紙の上から擦りうつす圧転写・水でインク層を遊離させる水転写・熱で接着層を溶解させ再接着させる熱転写がある。エアースキンは剥離紙にスキンカラー層を印刷し皮膚に接着後水を含ませる事により剥離紙のデンプンが溶解して皮膚に転写する水転写方式を採用しました。
What is transfer printing?
A departure from traditional methods which involve printing directly upon an object, transfer printing is a technique where a layer of film or other material is printed in advance, and the printed layer is then subsequently transferred to the object. Types of transfer printing include pressure transfer, where the image is rubbed from the transfer paper onto the surface; water transfer, where the ink layer is separated using water; and heat transfer, where heat dissolves the adhesive layer to transfer the image. AirSkin uses the water transfer method: the skin color is printed onto the release paper, and after the skin color adheres to the skin, the starches in the release paper dissolve with water, and the AirSkin transfers to the skin.
エアースキン®/AirSkin®は、スプレー式ボディファンデーション・エアーストッキング®のカバー力を更に高めることを目的とした商品開発から生まれました。
日常生活に支障は無くても、実は"気になるお肌の悩み"であるアザ・シミ・手術跡・傷跡・タトゥなどを"自然に完全にカバーする”こと。私たちはこれをテーマとし、従来の化粧品原材料を用いて、パウダー(粉)やリキッド(液体)型など様々なコンシーラーやカバーファンデーションのサンプル試作、検討を重ねて来ました。しかし当社はこれまで"自然で落ちない究極のファンデーション"のテーマをみたす十分な性能を得る事が出ませんでした。
AirSkin® was created from a product development program aimed at further enhancing the covering power of Air stocking® spray-style body foundation.
Skin problems of concern, such as bruises, stains, surgery marks, scars, and tattoos, can be covered completely and naturally without hindering daily life. With this theme, we have used conventional cosmetics ingredients to create various samples of powder and liquid concealers and covering foundations, and have repeatedly tested them. But until now we were unable to get sufficient performance to achieve our goal of an ultra-powerful foundation that does not fail our "natural" requirement.
