In 2010 a Nigerian 
couple, Mr & Mrs Ihegboro, gave birth to a blonde, blue eyed, whitè baby boy, in London hospital. The colour of the baby violated all known biological rules. All the hospital staff were thinking she chèated but her husband insisted that she was a loyal woman and stood by her.
They named the baby, Nmachi because they thought he was a miracle child.
Mr Ihegboro, 44, a customer services adviser from Woolwich, admitted he was so shocked when he saw his son that he joked: "What the flip? Is he mine?" He added: "We both just sat there after the birth staring at him."
He and his wife, who moved from Nigeria to Britain five years before the birth, already having two black children, son Chisom, four, and daughter Dumebi, two. Nmachi means "beauty of God" in the couple's native Igbo language. Mrs Ihegboro, 35, said: "he is a cute, a miracle baby."
The pàternity test was carried out much later and it proved pòsitive.

ウーリッジ出身のカスタマーサービスアドバイザー、イヘグボロ氏（44歳）は、息子を見たときとてもショックを受けたと認め、「何だって？ うちの子？」と冗談を言った。さらに「出産後、私たちは2人ともただ座って息子を見つめていた」と付け加えた。
彼と妻は出産の5年前にナイジェリアから英国に移住し、
すでに4歳の息子チソムと2歳の娘ドゥメビという2人の黒人の子供がいる。
ンマチは、夫婦の母国語であるイボ語で「神の美」を意味する。 35 歳のイヘグボロ夫人は、「彼はかわいい、奇跡の赤ちゃんです」と語った。
父親鑑定はずっと後になってから行われ、陽性と判明した。
