ただ、私の返金リクエストは管理番号が振られて受け付けられたようなので少し安心しました。

Due to the high volume of requests and limitations from the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the Philippines, there may be some delays in the processing of refunds. For tickets purchased using credit card, Alipay, GcashPaypal, and Wechat Pay, the amount will be credited back to the account used at around months or 3 billing cycles for credit card, depending on your bank’s turnaround times.


NOTE: Applicable fees and charges may be deducted from the total amount. For voluntary changes (tickets with travel dates that are not affected by COVID-19 cancellations or travel ban), refunds will be subject to the fare rules and conditions of the ticket.
