when once they were part of the "Empire of The Sun" in the Inca's time.
And after that, they were labor exploted, with no recognizing them thieir civil rights, land rights or human rights during Spanish Conquest, Spanish Monarchy and Independence.
Despite that, their culture rights kept alive.
