福島キッズ リフレッシュキャンプ

3月に来る福島キッズ達、保護者の方々とリフレッシュキャンプのズーム説明会が2回に分けてありました。

今回は、311から13年たった福島にて、

海外で伝えたい想いがある中高生6名がケアンズに来られることになりました。

1回目は、2018年にキャンプに参加して今は大学で再生可能エネルギーについて学んでいる久田こうきくんと去年キャンプに参加してくれた曲山澪ちゃんが参加。

2回目は、2017年に参加して、大学で再生可能エネルギーについて学んでいる藤田こうきくんと、久田こうきくんが参加してくれて、これから参加する子供達に色々な大切なことを伝えてくれていました🥺

中学生の時にケアンズにきて

福島の問題は福島だけの問題ではない。

世界中の皆で考えていくことである。

再生可能エネルギーを開発したい！

と目をキラキラさせながら伝えてくれていたのが

それから何年かして

今は立派な大学生として

再生可能エネルギーについてしっかり向き合って、研究していて、

同じ道を進みたいと思っている高校生に

しっかり説明している姿に

ただただ感動していたのでした🥺

今年も様々なチャレンジに向き合いながら、色々準備中。

ピンチがチャンス❣️と今あるチャレンジをギフトに変えていきたいと向き合っていた中、

出来ること何でもします。

と言ってくれる卒業生の皆さんにもとても励まされた時間でした😭

福島の海で泳いだことないので、海で泳いでみたい。

と口々に言っていた福島の中高生の皆さんに

In March, there was a Zoom briefing session for Fukushima kids and their parents regarding the refreshment camp.

This time, six high school students, who still feel some anxiety while living in Fukushima, thirteen years after 3/11, and who have feelings they want to convey overseas, will be coming to Cairns.

The first session included Kohki, who participated in the camp in 2018 and is now studying renewable energy at university, and Mio, who joined last year's camp. The second session included Koki, who participated in 2017 and is also studying renewable energy at university, along with Koki and Mio, who shared valuable insights with the upcoming participants.

When they visited Cairns in junior high school, they emphasized that Fukushima's issue is not just Fukushima's but something the world needs to consider. They expressed their desire to develop renewable energy with sparkling eyes.

After several years, they are now admirable university students, deeply engaging in renewable energy research. Their dedication to explaining to high school students who aspire to follow the same path moved me deeply.

It's very encouraging.
