Hello.
Any plan for the weekend?

On my side,
Son → off for his favorite park with his daddy
Daughter → out

So, I am enjoying my late breakfast.

Stir-fried onions
Peach ラブ

Some pasted potatoes and pumpkins
Tomatoes are all softened too.

Chawanmushi was also easy to eat.

Basically, chop, soften, and make it small.
These methods help to keep my appetite!!

My older sister’s friend made some veggie pastes and soups for me.
And she also gave me some very helpful insights on “what to eat”.
Really appreciate it.

Right after I came back from the hospital,
I could only eat simple noodles in dashi soup
and we all said good! good!

But now, I already have a lot more variety of foods that I can eat
and more appetite.

This is because of the joy and relief of being able to stay at home,
and because of my strong spirit,
but more importantly,
it’s thanks to all the support that I receive from my family and from all of you.

For that, I will forever be grateful.
