Certificate Ⅲ in individual support（aging, home and community)のコースが開始後の記事をシェアします。定期的に,JP.AUS-COMという看護留学エージェントさんのメールマガジンで1月下旬ころから記事を連載させていただいていおり、今回のブログ記事は2回目のメルマガの記事にすこし内容を追加した形になっています。
クラスメイトは日本人は私のみで、インド、ネパール、コロンビア、フィリピンなどからの留学生もいます。
以前、看護を勉強していた人がいれば、クッカリー、ITを勉強していた人など背景は様々です。授業は木曜日と金曜日、相談や質問したいことがある学生に対して水曜日に時間が確保されています。
最初の科目はProvide individualizedsupportでした。サポートのニーズを決定、個別化されたプランの作成、サポートを提供し状況のモニター、報告や書類作成などに関する内容でした。

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed an unprecedented strain on the aged care and disability support workforce. A new skill set – CHCSS00114 Entry into Care Roles Skill Set has been developed in response to COVID-19 by the Australian Federal Government.

日本で看護師として10年間勤務後、メルボルンに留学しもうすぐ3年目。
一年目は看護教育（一般英語、IELTS、OET）、二年目からcommunity servicesで社会福祉関連（メンタルヘルス、カウンセリング、障害者・高齢者支援・DV・アルコール・薬物乱用などに関わる精神保健福祉、移民サポート、コミュニティデブロップメントなど）等について学ぶ。
