Hello, Bonjour and Konichiwa!
早速 L.A. アップスタート～！！！
もうご存知だと思いますが、
私は DRESS の特番のためロサンゼルスに行ってました！
今回はロサンゼルスのダウンタウンをメインにまわってました！
実は、小学三年生までロスに住んでいた私ですが、
町に出たりとかって言う年ではなかったので今回は本当にたくさん新しい発見があって最高に楽しかったです。
東京とはガラリと違う町の雰囲気。
何時もと違う空の色。
日本では食べる事のできないお料理。
人とのコミュニケーションの取り方の違い。
ロスの人たちのフリーな生き方。
今回の旅ではたくさんいろんな事を学ばせていただきました。
私にとってこの旅は仕事でもあったのですが、
色々な事を吸収する旅でもありました。
このチャンスをいただけてとても感謝してます。
ちょっとだけ、自分が変わった気がするんです。
写真も色々写したので、少しづつアップしてきます。
ダウンタウンで一番テンションが上がった瞬間です。
そうです、
あのイギリス出身のチョ～～～～有名なストリート・グラフィティアーティストの BANKSY の作品！！！
ウハ～！！！ヤバイヤバイ！やっぱり BANKSY は天才だ～！
パーキングの壁にさりげなく書かれてるこの作品。 出会えて幸せ。
やっぱりスマートでメッセージせいの強い作品には胸うたれますね。
パーキングの壁一面に描かれていて、日本でもこのようにアーティストが
町でアートを大胆に披露できる場所があったら面白いのにな～と思い、見とれてました。

ここはダウンタウンにあるファッションディストリクトと呼ばれる場所。

私の大好きなメキシカン料理！この日はシュリンプエンチラーダにメキシカンライスとビーンス！最高～～～！！！
大好物のワカモレ。ここのは本当に美味しかった。
有名ショップ THE WELL にも遊びに行きました。

Hello, Bonjour and Konichiwa from Tokyo everyone. Today Im posting some photos from my trip to L.A. I was there shooting a TV show for Japan based out of down town L.A. I actually lived in L.A. until the third grade, but I wasn't at the age to venture out into the big city yet. So this trip was a huge opportunity for me to absorb as much of the city as I could. I was like a sponge, soaking up absolutely everything. The color of the sky, the art, the people, the food, the fashion. Everything was so new to me. Being in this city that seemed so foreign to me made me feel so lost in that good kind of way. I rarely get to travel for leisure these days because of my work, so I am so grateful to have been given this opportunity to work AND travel at the same time. Highlight of my trip was getting to see a piece done by BANKSY painted boldly on the side of a building. I was amazed at the amount of art that covered the walls in down town. There was a sort of artist's freedom that I dont see much of in Tokyo. As I looked up at this BANKSY piece I wondered what Tokyo would be like with Art like this in the city.
I also posted photos of me roaming the fashion district and some amazing shrimp enchiladas I had. Lucky me. More photos to come, stay tuned.
