Today we fulfilled an order from Hiroshima for 50 bags of rice.
We spent a few hours in the afternoon moving the rice to the cold storage.
Later, we leveled the earth on the hill in preparation for soil removal.
In order to dry the soil, it needs to be fairly flat.
Then, when the rain stops, you have to cultivate the soil with a vertical harrow three times a day.
The vertical harrow is chosen because it does not thicken or clump the soil like a rototiller would.
